Transport

Gardening Support
Our volunteer gardeners provide individual support for people living independently in our local community. This very popular service provides social contact and practical assistance to home gardeners with the added benefit of connecting our clients to other services and care at home if needed.
What will it cost?
Many of our programs are subsidised by the Australian Government through the Commonwealth Home Support Program. Participants receiving funding through the Home Care Packages Program or the NDIS can also attend with the full cost charged to their funding package.
Client contributions and fees are kept to a minimum and vary depending on the program. For people experiencing financial hardship, an application can be made to have any client fees reduced or waived.
Locals are encouraged to drop into the Community Centre or give us a call and speak to one of our friendly reception staff, who will provide information and assistance to access the right program or service for you.
